Personal Coaching for Endurance Cyclists


Personal Coaching offers an individualized training program designed to optimize your time and resources, helping you achieve peak performance in your goal events. With ongoing insights and clear guidance, I simplify the complexities of cycling, allowing you to be your best.

Every 4 weeks, your program is custom-built from scratch, progressing at a pace that suits you. I use modern training methodologies to maximize fitness gains, ensuring each workout serves a purpose within the larger plan. Your schedule is periodized and rooted in the latest training science.

But it doesn’t stop there—we also integrate the holistic “art” of cycling by refining habits and behaviors that boost performance and overall well-being. Together, we’ll get faster and stronger while maintaining balance in our lives.

Personal Coaching Includes:

  • Athlete Onboarding: A comprehensive intake process that covers your athletic life and training history, laying the foundation for your program.

  • Custom-Built Schedules: Every 4 weeks, you'll receive a new schedule via TrainingPeaks, tailored to your needs and availability, building upon the previous one.

  • Structured Workouts: Downloadable workout files come with detailed written instructions and are compatible with any device or platform (Garmin, Wahoo, Zwift, etc.).

  • Zone Setting: Regular analysis of threshold test results to ensure your power and heart rate zones are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Check-In Calls: Every 4 weeks, we’ll connect to discuss all aspects of your training and cycling life.

  • Discounted Skills Sessions: When available, private skills instruction is offered at a discounted rate.

  • Plan Revisions as Needed: If illness, travel, or other disruptions occur, your schedule will be adjusted to keep you on track.

  • Unlimited Communication in TrainingPeaks: I’ll review and comment on your workouts, answering all your questions in a timely manner.

  • Goal Setting: Together, we’ll establish process, outcome, and performance goals that align with your lifestyle and purpose.

  • Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation: Guidance in these areas is provided based on what’s most beneficial to you.

PRICING

Personal Coaching is $325, billed every 4 weeks, with a one-time $100 athlete start-up fee. There are no contracts, and you can cancel or pause your coaching at any time.

REQUIREMENTS

Please have a reliable way to ride indoors (stationary trainer or rollers) and a cycling computer that records heart rate, power, and cadence. You will also need a Training Peaks account.
