Hello! My name is Kristen.

As a cycling coach, yoga teacher, and trained wellness counselor, I combine the science of endurance sports training with the art of holistic well-being. My goal is to streamline, organize, and simplify the training process so you can reach your fullest potential as an athlete.

Based in Bend, Oregon, I work with athletes nationwide, across all ages, genders, and abilities in mountain biking, road, and gravel. I have a special passion for supporting time-crunched parents and professionals, women in midlife, and anyone seeking to enhance their overall health and wellness through sport.
